Hyperbaric oxygen therapy supports recovery by increasing the amount of oxygen delivered to your body’s tissues. This can help promote healing, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery following training, injury, or high workloads.

Junior pathway program — AFL development
Allied health expertise applied to youth sport. The Junior Pathway Program delivers structured, progressive development across 8-week blocks — covering movement quality, strength foundations, sport-specific conditioning, and injury prevention.

Community membership classes — open to all
  • Five days a week of structured, coached group training. Programming is designed by our allied health team and appropriate for all fitness levels. Recurring weekly membership creates consistency, community, and long-term results.
    Membership: $50 per week — unlimited classes, recurring
  • Monday - Lower body strength 
  • Tuesday - Strength & conditioning 
  • Wednesday - Upper body strength 
  • Thursday - Strength & conditioning
  • Friday - Full body strength

1:1 individual performance sessions
Our premium, expert-led individual offering. A physio, sports therapist, or exercise physiologist works one-on-one with the client — assessing, programming, and coaching toward specific performance goals.
